The Bloomberg Green Docs competition is open to all eligible filmmakers who would like to compete to win a $25,000 grand prize for a short climate documentary.

- Submissions accepted through August 14, 2026 11:59 p.m. U.S. ET
- Jury will award a $25,000 grand prize
- Winner will be announced at the Bloomberg Green Docs Film Festival on September 22, 2026 in New York City
- Top 5 documentaries will be shown at the festival
